The decadent, five course culinary journey, offered from 6:00 p.m. on and priced at $214.00 per couple, exclusive of tax and gratuity, begins with a champagne aperitif – and ends with either chocolate obsession or passion delight -- desserts that could have been designed by Cupid. In between, guests can indulge in dishes such as George Blanc potato fritter with Osetra caviar; wild mushroom risotto; crab crusted grouper or Militello’s decadent take on surf and turf – petite filet mignon and butter poached lobster. For an additional $45.00 per person, guests can enjoy exquisitely paired wines with dinner. The View Bar, an adjacent casual dining destination, will offer an a la carte menu that evening.
